L.E.V. (Laboratorio de Electrónica Visual) is the International Festival of Audiovisual Creation of Gijon, a project that, since 2007, intends to offer a panoramic view of the electronic sound creation and its relationship with visual arts.
L.E.V. is concerned specifically with the natural synergy between image and sound, the live presentation, the relationship established between audience, artist connection and public space, and the new artistic tendencies that constantly emerge on a global level.
El Laboratorio de Electrónica Visual, whose initials pay tribute to Lev Thermen (Russian scientist father of the present-day synthesisers).
