Map on Mask
The workshop was held at LABoral Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial during L.E.V. Festival’s tenth anniversary and it was aimed to be a space to link playfulness and video mapping research.
During a week, the participants explored new techniques for software, electronics, LED lighting, video mapping and interactive installations – all in one place.
Participants profiles: creators, programmers and designers with good computer skills, good knowledge of video and/or mapping/VJing was required.
A newbie mapper could follow the workshop. Software basics were reviewed before introducing the new features. An introduction to welding was also provided.
